2. What data we process and why

Through the contact form we collect the data you provide (name, company, email address and the content of your message) for the sole purpose of handling and answering your enquiry. We do not use this data for advertising, nor do we make automated decisions or profiles with it.

3. Legal basis

The legal basis for the processing is your consent, given when you tick the acceptance box and send the form (art. 6.1.a GDPR). You may withdraw it at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out before the withdrawal.

4. Recipients

Your data is not sold or transferred to third parties. To deliver the form messages to our mailbox we use the form-forwarding service FormSubmit, which acts as a data processor; the message is transmitted through its servers solely to be forwarded to our email address. No other transfers are made, except where required by law.

5. Retention

We keep your data only for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry and any resulting business relationship, and afterwards for the periods required to meet legal obligations.

6. Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to adderein@adderein.com. If you consider that your rights have not been respected, you may file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

7. Cookies

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. It only stores your language preference (EN/ES) in your browser's local storage, a strictly functional use that does not identify you personally. The fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may register the request from your browser.
